Hatha Yoga came into my life over 40 years ago and has become a lifelong friend. It has been a joy to share yoga with my daughters, as well. While I have had the privilege of practicing with many amazing teachers through the years, I have always ached to learn more about the practice. I am now a Level 1 Certified YogaFit yoga teacher and am thrilled to be able to share my love with others as I continue to learn more through YogaFit Teacher Training.
Samantha Joy Yoga Crum
I began my yoga journey in 2014. It started off as just a workout for me, but shortly after starting, it became a much bigger part of my life. Taking the time to connect with my breath and my body everyday helped me become more comfortable in my own skin. And even as I ventured down a career path very opposite of a yoga lifestyle, touring with rock bands, I always found my way back to my mat.
Now, I want to focus my time and energy helping people feel comfortable in their practice, learn essential postures, and bring the other elements of yoga, not just the asanas, into the students every day life so they may become more present and mindful as they move throughout everyday life.
In February of 2018 I attended Marianne Well’s Yoga School in Costa Rica where I earned my 200 hour yoga teacher qualifications. And now, everyday, I continue to study so I can expand on what I’ve learned and become a better teacher.
